This stencil is a crest design of a hanabishi and paulownia. I think this particular version of hanabishi is called 花角, or flower square. I can’t find the crest on iroha kamon, so it might be rare. Because there is no reinforcement, I was able to trace it digitally and you can see how it would look with a purple dye.
