This refreshing stencil was probably meant for summer use, as it features snowflakes along with a water symbol (wells/igeta) so that the wearer would feel cooler looking at a cold motif.
What’s particularly interesting is the depiction of wester style snowflakes with japanese flowers inside, instead of Japanese style snowflakes.
